Steve Jobs (Co-Founder of Apple)
- Steve Jobs was adopted shortly
after he born.
- On the standard 4.00 scale, he
had 2.65 at High School from 1968 to 1972.
- He was a college dropout. But
he continued his education by informally auditing classes.
- He admitted that he never enjoyed
school structure and preferred to learn in unconventional ways.
- While unofficially attending
classes, he slept on his friends' dorm room floors, returned Coke bottles for
money, and got weekly free meals from the local temple.
- He was once fired from Apple.
- Apple merged with NeXT in 1997,
and Steve became CEO of Apple again. He was largely responsible for helping
revive Apple, which had been at the verge of bankruptcy.
- He died at the age of 56 on
October 5, 2011.
